Lindsay R. Buser

Lindsay is a paralegal who brings more than 10 years of experience to Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group. She specializes in world-wide patent and trademark prosecution and provides assistance in all stages of prosecution. This includes application filing, working with attorneys to address formalities and most aspects of foreign and domestic prosecution as well as communicating regularly with clients and foreign agents. Additionally, Lindsay is involved in general business matters that have underlying intellectual property issues.
