Lily Tapia Fernandez

Lily is an associate in Taft’s Cincinnati office, where she focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Lily externed for the Hon. Stephanie K. Bowman, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Lily earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in political science from the University of Louisville. During law school, Lily was actively involved in Moot Court and was a summer associate with Taft for two consecutive summers.
