Summary
Leanna is a transactional attorney and represents public and private clients in a variety of industries. Leanna focuses her practice on:
- Mergers and acquisitions.
- Corporate governance.
- Securities regulation and disclosure.
- Commercial transactions.
Leanna regularly counsels clients on general corporate governance, commercial law, and complex strategic transactions.
In law school, Leanna was a Mitchell Hamline fellow, an associate editor of volume 44 of the Law Review, and the managing editor of volume 45 of the Law Review. She has worked on asylum cases with Mitchell Hamline’s Immigration Law Clinic. She also was a law clerk at a Twin Cities firm where she drafted documents and conducted legal research.
In addition to her main practice areas, Leanna enjoys pro bono opportunities and work in immigration and citizenship matters.
