Kyle S. Krywko

Kyle is an accomplished business litigation attorney who focuses his work on complex and high profile disputes. He is a trusted advisor to business leaders on strategic management of litigation, risk management and operational issues. He also advises clients on a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, product liability, environmental and regulatory claims, investment treaties and commercial litigation. Kyle has significant experience leading teams in jury trials in both federal and state courts and works closely with business leaders to develop strategies that balance risk, cost and operational impact.

A significant component of Kyle’s practice includes assisting with pre-litigation disputes, advising in-house counsel and providing practical guidance on risk-adjusted decision-making. He also contributes to the implementation of innovative legal technology solutions, including e-discovery and litigation hold systems.

Kyle’s experience also includes representing global manufacturers and other large organizations in a variety of industries, which he did as Chief Counsel (in-house) for over fifteen years, serving as a trusted advisor in complex legal matters while maintaining productive business relationships.

• Obtained a significant recovery for a client alleging breach of contract, under an earn-out provision, in a matter pending in The Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Successfully negotiated a very favorable resolution, prior to closing arguments at trial, for a manufacturer defending claims for property devaluation brought by multiple defendants.
• Obtained a large arbitration award for an automotive supplier seeking indemnification under a share purchase agreement.
