Summary
A natural litigator with a passion for conflict resolution, Ken thrives in high-stake environments. He assists developers, contractors, purchasers, insurers, municipalities, investors, and property owners in complex disputes involving real estate, insurance, lender liability, and intra-company management.
Ken’s legal approach is shaped by a deep interest in the dynamics of conflict, an affinity that led him to serve as an officer in the U.S. Army for nine years and later pursue a career in law. He held multiple leadership positions during his time in the military, which taught him how to operate in stressful situations and think strategically, skills he brings to every case.
Ken earned his J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was recognized as a Pedrick Scholar and received the Bob Dauber & Nick M. Patel Excellence in Negotiation Award. He also served as an advocate on the Vis International Arbitration Moot Team. He holds a B.A. in History from Alfred University.
