Kennedy A.B. Chiglo

As AI Utilization Counsel at Taft, Kennedy serves as a strategic liaison among attorneys, practice groups, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate the firm’s artificial intelligence strategy into practical, responsible, and effective day-to-day legal workflows.

Kennedy supports the evaluation, implementation, adoption, and governance of AI-enabled tools across the firm. Drawing on her prior experience as a transactional attorney, she works with lawyers and business professionals to identify high-value use cases, develop practice-specific workflows and guidance, promote responsible AI utilization, and help teams integrate emerging technology into the delivery of legal services.

Previously, Kennedy was a deal attorney at Taft, where she advised borrowers, issuers, investment funds, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and lenders in domestic and cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings. Her experience across complex finance transactions informs her practical, attorney-centered approach to legal technology adoption and workflow design.
