Summary

Kelsie is an associate in Taft’s Indianapolis office and focuses her practice on all aspects of lending and finance law. Her experience includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including secured syndicated and single bank credit agreements, asset-based lending transactions, complex real estate development financings, and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Taft, Kelsie was an associate at another Midwest-based Am Law 100 law firm where she practiced commercial finance.

Kelsie earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
