Kelsey R. Holmberg

Kelsey’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, governance, and strategy. She counsels clients on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, commercial contracts, entity formation and restructuring, and corporate governance.

She has represented clients of all sizes, from large multinational enterprises to entrepreneurs launching new ventures. Her practice spans industries such as real estate, manufacturing, construction, technology, aerospace, fashion, sports, and entertainment.

Kelsey has a diverse professional background that enables her to serve as a strategic advisor to clients. Before beginning her legal career, Kelsey worked with Midwest-based venture capital and angel investment firms. Kelsey also spent five seasons in the Cleveland Browns’ front office where she held an analytical role within the Player Personnel department. During her final year of law school, she served as a legal extern for Haslam Sports Group, working under the General Counsel of the Cleveland Browns and Columbus Crew.
