Jody is a paralegal in Taft’s Southfield office. She provides support for the firm’s litigation, employment and labor relations, estate & wealth planning, and probate litigation attorneys.

Jody provides assistance to attorneys with all stages of a case, and specializes in civil, criminal, and probate litigation as well as estate planning. She participates in client meetings, meetings with experts, discovery, research, deposition summaries, preparation of pleadings, document research and retrieval, electronic court filing, data document management, post judgment matters, deed transfers, financial and fiduciary inventories and accountings. Jody has extensive trial experience.

Jody earned her associate degree from the University of Palm Beach in business administration and paralegal certification from National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).
