
Jennifer Pettigrew, CEDS
Summary
Jen has nearly 30 years of experience in database optimization and change management, including 14 years with Taft Discovery. She is responsible for leading the design, documentation, and implementation of eDiscovery workflows and standards for Taft. She works closely with Senior eDiscovery Counsel and the Director of eDiscovery services to ensure consistent application of best practices across the firm. Jen consults on the implementation and standardization of eDiscovery workflows to support quality and efficiency throughout matters.
She has experience in both the legal and technical aspects of eDiscovery and ensures efficient and smooth handling of data throughout the litigation lifecycle. With a keen understanding of the complexities involved, Jen provides strategic guidance in managing data preservation, collection, processing, and review. Jen earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School and her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Kent State University and is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).
