Her work spans facilities management, operational planning, and ensuring attorneys and staff have what they need to deliver exceptional service to their clients, colleagues, and communities. She also partners with department leaders to develop and refine policies and procedures that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Bringing substantial experience in legal and organizational management, Jean previously served as deputy director of operations at a Phoenix-based law firm. Efficiency and time management are central to her approach. She prioritizes reducing unnecessary steps and completing work accurately from the start.
Jean received her B.A. in Communication Studies from Arizona State University. She remains active in the professional community through her involvement in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
