He is also a seasoned employment litigator who regularly handles cases, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and employee benefit adjudications before administrative law courts and agencies.
Beyond his litigation practice, James navigates employers through the legal challenges of time-sensitive workplace investigations, emergency personnel situations, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. He often represents employers and businesses in all stages of audits and enforcement actions brought by state and federal government agencies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Arizona Department of Transportation.
He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in business legal studies from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University.
