James D. Camoriano

From commercial contract disputes to professional negligence, James’ experience encompasses a broad variety of matters. He litigates consumer cases, involving personal injury, products/premises liability, and related business torts. He is also a seasoned employment litigator who regularly handles cases, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and employee benefit adjudications before administrative law courts and agencies.

James has handled matters including:

• Defending commercial clients such as automotive dealerships, funeral service providers, and homebuilders in consumer lawsuits involving lemon law, construction defects, and more.
• Litigating Title VII race/sex discrimination and hostile work environment claims at all stages from Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges to federal court lawsuits.
