Summary

Ivy is an attorney in the firm’s Employment and Labor Relations practice group. Ivy has worked with a wide range of employers on many aspects of employment law including assisting with discrimination charges before the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), advising clients on labor relations matters, drafting and reviewing handbooks and policies, and ensuring compliance with administrative agencies including the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). Ivy has also represented clients in litigation matters involving various employment laws including Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act.

Prior to joining Taft, Ivy served as a Taft Cincinnati summer associate in 2018 and 2019.  She obtained her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and her bachelor’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago.
