Hannah Schuppner

Becoming a lawyer has always been the plan for Hannah. With a natural talent for creative problem-solving, she built a career centered on helping companies succeed.
Hannah focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, guiding clients through complex transactions and collaborating closely with all parties to develop solutions that align with everyone’s needs. She values the behind‑the‑scenes insights she gains into how businesses operate and grow, enabling her to partner effectively with clients across industries, from healthcare and technology to renewable energy and manufacturing.
In addition to M&A, Hannah counsels private equity funds, public and private companies, and investors on a broad range of corporate matters, including private equity transactions, venture capital financings, fund formation, and corporate restructuring. She has advised clients on entity formation, foreign qualifications, and corporate governance matters, and has represented private equity funds and late‑stage platform companies on investments and exit transactions.
Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and received her bachelor’s degree in communications studies and legal studies from Northwestern University.
