Gina has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, construction, A&E and specialty trades, heavy industrial, agricultural and food equipment manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution, software and financial institutions. Because of her family business background, Gina also works extensively with closely-held businesses on business succession planning and advises families on trust and estate matters to preserve corporate governance and business continuity.

She is a proven leader who builds, recruits, and manages high-performing teams of attorneys, CPAs, data analysts and engineers to achieve client objectives. Her management style emphasizes transparency, communication, and subject-matter expertise to consistently deliver results.

Gina’s extensive knowledge covers the most current tax legislation, including the OBBBA, TCJA Opportunity Zone legislation, research tax credits and corresponding R&E amortization, energy tax credit structures and tax credit transferability, employee retention credit, accounting methods, sales and use taxes, unclaimed property, and IRS and state tax controversy and tax litigation.

She is also a frequent speaker and author on the research credit and related topics as well as on other industry specific incentives and is actively engaged in many community organizations, and serves on both private company and community focused boards.
