Ethan is a partner in Taft’s Commercial Litigation practice. Ethan represents public and private companies, as well as high net worth individuals, in all aspects of sophisticated commercial litigation, including corporate and/or limited liability company membership and/or shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, disputes concerning commercial lending and financial transactions, intellectual property, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, business torts, securities fraud, employment disputes, contract disputes and construction litigation. “Bet the Company” litigation is a pillar of Ethan’s practice and he is predominantly focused on counseling business clients in navigating distress before and after it arises.
