Summary

For over two decades, Erica has assisted clients with general civil and complex commercial litigation matters. She has represented individuals and businesses in various matters, including construction and commercial litigation disputes, throughout Florida’s courts.

Erica received her bachelor’s degree, with honors, in psychology and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis, including a semester of study abroad in Seville, Spain. She obtained her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

A Florida native, Erica was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004 and the bars of the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida in 2005.

Erica was the first female shareholder of Mrachek, Fitzgerald, Rose, Konopka, Thomas & Weiss, P.A.
