Summary
Emily is an attorney in the eDiscovery & Litigation Service group and supports the firm’s attorneys in eDiscovery and case management. She has over ten years of eDiscovery experience, advising on eDiscovery best practices for client data collections, data preservation and custodian identification. Emily also has experience as a defense litigation attorney in premises liability, large construction, products liability, corporate contacts, and commercial litigation.
Emily earned her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law where she founded the UM Pro Bono Initiative Tax Assistance Program. She holds an L.L.M in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in business marketing from Clemson University.
She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee only.
