Summary

David is an of counsel attorney in Taft’s West Palm Beach office and focuses his practice on civil matters with an emphasis on construction litigation. As an experienced counselor, he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of legal issues, while staying focused on delivering efficient and effective guidance. David assists individuals, businesses, property owners, associations, developers, general contractors, design professionals, manufacturers, suppliers and others in pre-litigation matters through appeals.  David also serves as outside general counsel to high net-worth individuals, who place high trust and confidence in David’s advice on very private and sensitive personal matters. David’s attention to detail, sound acumen, unwavering ethics and steadfast reliability empower him to handle all phases of a legal dilemma and otherwise assist clients with their day-to-day needs.

David has been a resident of Wellington, Florida for over thirty years.

David earned his J.D, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. Throughout his undergraduate studies, David worked part or full time. While in law school, David was an intern for the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, an intern for The Honorable Judge Mark Speiser, and a law clerk for two civil litigation firms based in South Florida.
