Summary

Dave is co-chair of Taft’s Finance practice group and provides legal and business counsel to financial institutions, entrepreneurs, corporations, and other business entities. He has significant experience representing commercial lenders and financial institutions in connection with loan origination and documentation (including secured, unsecured, and mezzanine lending, real estate mortgage, and construction lending) and UCC issues. Dave also represents lenders with respect to troubled credits in the areas of bankruptcy, restructurings and workouts, creditors’ rights, foreclosure, and receivership actions. He also represents public and private companies and other clients in financial transactions and related issues.
