Summary

Daniel represents clients in complex construction litigation, construction claims counseling, and contract and business disputes, with a particular focus on owner representation. He has extensive experience negotiating contracts for major public and private construction projects and is recognized for his expertise in construction defect and claims litigation.

Daniel has been named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers® five times in the past decade – a distinction awarded to only one lawyer in each practice area and geographic region in a given year – for Construction Law and Construction Litigation, West Palm Beach. Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar since 2010, Daniel also holds Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent® rating, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence.
