Daniel represents clients in complex construction litigation, construction claims counseling, and contract and business disputes, with a particular focus on owner representation. He has extensive experience negotiating contracts for major public and private construction projects and is recognized for his expertise in construction defect and claims litigation.
Daniel’s distinguished practice has earned him the honor of “Lawyer of the Year” from Best Lawyers® for Construction Law or Construction Litigation four times in the past nine years. Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar since 2010, Daniel also holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence.
