Summary

Dana has 28 years of paralegal experience related to workers’ compensation. Her responsibilities include preparing files for administrative hearings and litigation cases, summary letters to physicians for examinations, pleadings including appeals, answers, depositions, examinations, disclosures, discovery requests and responses, settlement documents, docketing procedures and trial support. She has also provided legal support on cases related to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and violation of specific safety requirement (VSSR) cases.

Before joining Taft in 2006, Dana worked for a Cincinnati-based law firm and for the Industrial Commission of Ohio. She is a registered notary in the state of Ohio.
