Summary

Claire is an attorney in Taft’s Indianapolis office and focuses her practice on all aspects of business law. Her experience includes assisting and advising clients regarding mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and international transactions), corporate formation and organizational documents, contractual obligations, confidentiality agreements, and debt financing. Claire also advises clients on the applicability of funds received through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

Prior to joining Taft, Claire gained extensive business experience working as a public finance intern for Stifel Financial Corp. and as a tax intern for Deloitte. She also gained valuable experience as a legal intern for the Indiana Department of Transportation.

Claire earned her J.D., magna cum laude, and a Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her B.A. in political science from Northwestern University. While in law school, Claire was an Associate Note Editor for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review.
