Summary

Claire concentrates her practice in the area of employment law, advising employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including FMLA, wage and hour and anti-discrimination regulations. She provides both preventative counseling and strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex employment issues and minimize risk.

Claire has extensive experience managing complex employment claims, conducting thorough workplace investigations, and representing employers in disputes involving discrimination, retaliation and other claims. She works closely with HR teams to develop effective policies, address employee concerns and enhance workplace effectiveness.

In addition to her legal work, Claire is deeply committed to community engagement, serving in leadership roles with local organizations. She earned her J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in art history from Indiana University. Before starting her law career, Claire worked as a fundraiser in the arts, where she developed strong relationship-building and advocacy skills that continue to inform her practice.
