Christopher R. Mykytiak

Chris has over a decade of experience counseling clients in connection with a variety of real estate matters. He has broad experience advising on all types of complex commercial, communication infrastructure, healthcare, retail, multifamily and single-family real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Chris also advises individuals and entities engaged in the health care industry, with a particular focus on long-term care providers.  Chris’ experience includes representing owners, operators, and managers of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and financings.

He aims to be a trusted advisor by truly understanding a client’s business objectives and strives to build long-lasting relationships that endure well after a deal closes.

Chris earned his J.D. in 2009 from the University of Michigan Law School, and his Bachelor of Arts degrees in 2006 from Michigan State University.

• Primary regional outside counsel to one of the nation’s largest communications infrastructure companies, routinely assisting the client with leases, easements, and fee purchases in the Midwest.
