Christopher J. Moceri

Chris is a member of Taft’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. He represents a wide range of clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, including asset purchases, equity purchases, and reorganizations. Chris also works with real estate investment and development clients in joint ventures, equity financings, and organizational and structure matters. Clients also use him as outside general counsel to advise and assist on a variety of issues, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, private placements, operating agreements, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, employment and contractor agreements, non-competes, and equity incentives. The breadth of his experience centers on developing creative strategies and practical advice in supporting his clients for both short- and long-term success.
