Summary

Caroline works with a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for individuals and corporations and citizenship and nationality cases. Much of her experience has been focused on advising clients in the healthcare and IT sectors on H-1B, TN, E-3, H-4, and L-1 visas. She also has experience ​in the EB-1 and EB-3 (Schedule A and PERM-based) categories of the I-140 Immigrant petitions and green card applications. Caroline also aids individuals in the family-based I-130 green card process and citizenship applications.

She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in public relations from Kent State University. While in law school, Caroline worked at the Indigent Defense Clinic at the Hamilton County Public Defenders Office and was a fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project.

Outside of her practice, Caroline is a volunteer attorney with Legal Aid of Greater Cincinnati with their asylum clinics and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
