
Summary
Brendan is a corporate attorney in Taft’s Cleveland office. His practice primarily focuses on advising public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, cross-border transactions, and other complex transactional matters.
Prior to joining Taft, Brendan was a corporate associate with Baker Botts LLP in New York and served as in-house M&A counsel for The Sherwin-Williams Company. While in law school, Brendan worked as a federal judicial extern to the Hon. Alan M. Koschik, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Brendan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.
