Summary
Bradley is an attorney in the eDiscovery & Litigation Service group and supports the firm’s attorneys in eDiscovery and case management. He frequently assists case teams throughout the lifecycle of the case, including preparing privilege logs, chronologies, and deposition preparation materials. Bradley also conducts targeted searches to help identify key documents, inconsistencies in the review, or nonresponsive categories of documents, which can be excluded from the review process.
Bradley also performs quality control reviews of project attorney document review sets and provides feedback and additional training as needed to avoid the inadvertent production of privileged or nonresponsive documents, as well as to ensure responsive documents are properly coded and produced. He works with case teams to identify the scope of review and criteria for production, including coding of documents for privilege, key issues, and/or confidentiality.
Bradley has in-depth experience in managing teams of attorneys working on document reviews and deposition preparation for a diverse range of matters including construction litigation, government investigations, and business litigation.
Prior to focusing on eDiscovery, Bradley practiced as an associate in wills, trusts, and estates; probate practice and litigation; and general business litigation. He utilizes this experience to help case teams craft discovery plans uniquely tailored to fit the needs of each client and matter.
