Summary

Beth focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance and development, advising clients across the full spectrum of real estate transactions. She represents real estate investment funds, institutional landlords, tenants, developers, and property managers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and management of retail, multifamily, office, commercial and industrial properties.

Beth began her career as a summer associate and gained additional experience as a legal intern at a law firm in Berlin, Germany during her last semester of law school. She earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she received the John Dogulas Scholarship for Research Assistants and graduated cum laude.

While attending law school, Beth served on the Georgia Law Review’s Editorial Board and worked as both a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and as a Reference Desk Assistant for the Alexander King Campbell Law Library. Beth holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Georgia Southern University’s Honors College.
