Summary
Benjamin focuses his practice on environmental litigation, with a particular emphasis on complex toxic tort litigation in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Taft, Benjamin worked for Illinois’ Office of the State Appellate Defender. He was also an intern for Hon. David F. Hamilton in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Hon. Richard L. Young in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
Benjamin received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from the University of Evansville. He is a board member for the Indianapolis Bar Association's Environmental Law Section.
