Anna concentrates her practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and development matters. She advises owners, developers, investors, and tenants on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and brings substantial experience across the full lifecycle of a deal.

Anna routinely represents clients in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial properties across multiple asset classes. She is deeply experienced in managing transactions from initial due diligence and contract negotiation through closing and post-closing matters, including the negotiation of sophisticated office and retail leases and the execution of development and investment strategies.
