Andrew A. Kleiman

Andy represents developers, commercial lenders, business owners, entrepreneurs and municipalities. He has represented numerous real estate developers and lending institutions with construction, permanent financing and commercial loan matters. He has represented real estate developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of real estate, including multi-family housing. Andy has also served as bond counsel and issuer’s counsel on a variety of tax exempt and taxable bond issues, including sewer, water, EDIT, TIF and recovery zone facility bond issues, and he has worked on numerous economic development projects.

• Represented a bank in connection with a $6 million loan for the construction of an industrial warehouse distribution facility containing approximately 132,000 square feet in Greenwood, Ind.
• Assisted with the acquisition, financing and sale of multifamily projects in Texas.
• Represented a bank in connection with a $12 million loan for the construction of a 3-story 68,624 square foot medical office building in Anderson, Ind.
