Alexandra N. Van Dusen

Alexandra focuses her practice in the area of gaming, where she advises on gaming regulatory law, including licensing, compliance, and general corporate matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Alexandra was previously litigation of counsel and has experience in a variety of complex litigation matters, including representing entities and individuals in disputes involving contracts, fraud, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, professional negligence, and class action claims. Alexandra’s civil litigation practice also includes experience in e-discovery production, management, and review.

While in law school, Alexandra received CALI awards for International Business Transactions and Advanced Corporate Tax. She also served as the Article Editor on the Executive Board of the Loyola Consumer Law Review. As an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, Alexandra studied corporate law and governance at the London School of Economics.
