Timothy L. Zix has been invited to participate in a two-day Workers’ Compensation Workshop to be held at Goodyear headquarters in Akron, Oh. on Oct. 24-25, 2018.

Zix, along with representatives from USI, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Helmsman Management Services, will present to Goodyear managers from across the country. Zix’s presentation “Claim Documentation/Investigation: Fighting Migrating Injuries and Extended Disability” will be delivered on the second day of the workshop.

Zix is a partner in Taft’s Cleveland office and focuses his practice on workers’ compensation, intentional tort, unemployment, employment discrimination and general litigation law.
