Weinberg to Present Commercial Lease Webcast

Taft Minneapolis partner Justin Weinberg will present “Commercial Real Estate Leasing: Reviewing a Commercial Lease – Taking Out the Poison Pills” on March 5. The session is the first in a five-part program sponsored by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education’s commercial real estate leasing webcast series. The live webcast will be conducted from 9:00 am – 10:00 am CT.

Weinberg will provide valuable, real-world information and will analyze some common “poison pills” that professionals should look for when reviewing a client’s commercial lease. He will cover indemnity, subordination, non-disturbance, attornment, assignment, operating costs and renewal options.

The webcast offers 1.0 standard CLE credit and 1.0 advanced real estate specialist credit. All attendees will receive a free copy of the Summary Guide to Commercial Leasing.
