Taft Welcomes Hoke, Keith, and McMahan to the Firm's Cleveland Office

Taft, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the nation, welcomes Ian Hoke, Austin Keith, and Evan McMahan to the firm’s Cleveland office.

The additions reflect Taft’s continued investment in its litigation and real estate practices and commitment to growth in the Cleveland market.

Ian Hoke joins as real estate of counsel, formerly with GBX Group. Hoke has more than a decade of experience counseling developers, owners, and investors on complex commercial real estate projects. He advises clients throughout the project life cycle, from acquisition and financing through development, construction, leasing, operation, and disposition.

Austin Keith joins as a litigation associate, having most recently served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. J. Philip Calabrese in the N.D. of Ohio. He has also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ryan Holte in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial litigation.

Evan McMahan joins as a litigation associate, having most recently served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Charles E. Fleming and the Hon. Thomas M. Parker in the N.D. of Ohio. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes in state and federal courts. He draws on extensive experience in federal litigation and appellate practice.
