Taft Acts as Legal Counsel to Aneden Consulting in Acquisition by E Source
Taft is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Aneden Consulting in its acquisition by E Source, a utilities-focused portfolio company of Align Capital Partners.
Founded in 2017, Aneden Consulting is a power systems engineering firm serving transmission asset owners, independent system operators, regional transmission organizations, independent power producers, and renewable energy developers across the United States and Canada. The acquisition expands E Source’s grid engineering and interconnection capabilities.
