On Aug. 14, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6^th Circuit upheld the dismissal of a legal malpractice suit brought by the brother of pornographic publishing magnate Larry Flynt accusing Flynt’s longtime counsel Paul Cambria and others of squeezing him out of a business venture, saying there was no evidence of an attorney-client relationship.
