Taft Adds Two Real Estate Partners in Chicago
Taft Stettinius & Hollister is pleased to announce that Kenny Klassman and Daniel Lindgren have joined the firm’s Chicago office as partners in the Real Estate practice.
Klassman partners with commercial real estate developers, investors and privately-held businesses to ensure their unique ventures excel in achieving their goals. His practice is deal-oriented across multiple disciplines, including real estate, financing, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions. Klassman works with each client to integrate transactions into an operating business’s long-term goals and strategy, whether it is the owner of real estate, an early stage company taking first-round financing, or an ongoing business focusing on growth. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Lindgren focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, office leasing, financings and joint ventures. His experience includes a wide range of commercial real estate assets, including office and industrial buildings, retail and multifamily properties, hotels, senior housing, mixed-use projects and land for development. Lindgren received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Illinois.
