Taft’s ESOP team is pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Pro Design in its sale to the Pro Design Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The new structure provides ownership to the company’s employees. Based in Twinsburg, Ohio, Pro Design provides custom products and solutions to the window treatment industry.
