Taft Indianapolis associate Mark Riffle will facilitate a roundtable discussion at the ICSC+Law Symposium on Friday, March 1, 2024. The topic of the discussion will be “Didn’t Get the Memo? The Importance of Recording a Memorandum of Lease.”

Mark is an associate in Taft’s Real Estate practice group in the Indianapolis office. He primarily provides counsel in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties. Mark also assists landowners in navigating the negotiation of solar and wind leases.
