Meister will moderate the session “Intelligent Case Evaluation in Light of New Trends in Probate Litigation,” which focuses on the evaluation and economics of pursuing and defending matters involving inheritance controversies, including new trends in probate litigation that may affect case evaluation and recovery. Meister also served on the seminar’s planning committee.
