Meister Appointed Chair of ACTEC National Elder Law Committee
Julia B. Meister, leader of Taft’s Wealth Transfer Litigation practice, has been appointed chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) National Elder Law Committee. She will be sworn in at the Annual ACTEC State Chairs/Elects Meeting in March 2021, and will serve three consecutive one-year terms.
Meister is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She also serves as co-chair of the ABA Probate & Fiduciary Litigation Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.
