Taft Cleveland Welcomes Poldneff

Taft welcomes Kathy Poldneff to the firm’s Cleveland office. Poldneff joins as of counsel in Taft’s Commercial Litigation Group. She is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, and professional liability matters. Poldneff’s wide-ranging experience spans cases involving a variety of complex commercial contract disputes, trade secrets and non-compete agreements, professional liability disputes, high-stakes arbitration and mediation, and appeals across a variety of industries, including financial services, legal services, and telecommunications. She has also handled significant injunction litigation and various employment discrimination matters at both the administrative and litigation stages. Prior to joining Taft, Poldneff was a partner with UB Greensfelder.
