Taft Cincinnati attorney Michael Lasonczyk will speak at the Ohio American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference on Oct. 27 in Columbus, Ohio.
Lasonczyk will serve as a panelist for the session on “Consular Processing,” which is the process of obtaining a visa outside the United States for entry into the United States. Intended as an introductory session, the panel will focus on the general background of the process, as well as practical tips, guidance, and information for the actual processing of various applications. The panel will discuss both “immigrant” and “non-immigrant” processing.
