Hadley Publishes E-Discovery Article in The Indiana Lawyer
Taft attorney Vivek Hadley authored the article “E-Discovery: A new sporting contest in criminal prosecutions,” which was published in the Nov. 14 issue of The Indiana Lawyer. The article discusses massive e-discovery in criminal trials requiring technology, time and money to sort and organize sometimes millions of documents.
Hadley is an associate in Taft’s Litigation and Appellate practice groups and a former appellate clerk. He has experience in both state and federal court litigating commercial litigation and environmental matters, as well as white-collar criminal matters.
