Taft attorneys Scot Ganow and Tracey Puthoff will have segments aired on BusinessWise Radio the week of June 4, 2018. Ganow, along with Jim Lash, President of Hylant, discussed incident response management from the inside out, as well as risks to data and ways to manage those risks. The segments will air segment on June 7 and 8 at 7:30 a.m. Ganow is co-chair of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security group.

Puthoff, chair of Taft’s Technology industry team and a member of the firm’s executive committee, discussed the current market for mergers and acquisitions, tips for getting deals done and potential roadblocks. The segments will air on June 4 and 5 at 6:40 p.m.
