Taft partner Mark S. Feuer will participate in an upcoming Illinois Restaurant Association webinar on “Managing Your Taxes, Finance, and Cash Flow.” The webinar will also provide information on the Employee Retention Tax Credit and more. Feuer will be a panelist alongside Eric Biltgen, Ginger Powell, and Stephen Eckert from Plante Moran. The webinar will take place on Thursday, March 11 at 10 a.m. CST.  

Feuer advises individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and tax-exempt organizations on a variety of matters, including state, local and IRS audit and collection responses and appeals, responses to IRS liens, levies, installment agreements and offers in compromise, and civil and criminal penalty tax controversies. He is an experienced litigator in the United States Tax Court, Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, and other courts.
