Taft senior counsel Robert Dunlevey, Jr. will present to the Miami Valley Alliance of Construction Professionals (MVACP) HR Managers Meeting on Feb. 1 in Dayton, Ohio. He will present on employment law developments.

Dunlevey focuses his practice on assisting business owners with employment related issues, including wage-hour compliance, wrongful discharge defense and regulatory compliance, collective bargaining, OSHA, workers’ compensation, EEOC and NLRB proceedings and federal and state court litigation. Bob is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law, and a member of the ABA’s Forum Committee on Construction Law.

The MVACP is a partnership of Construction Contractors Associations and their affiliated Labor Organizations. The association represents over 200 Miami Valley contractors employing thousands of highly trained, skilled craftspeople living in the community. Collectively, the six member companies generate an annual construction volume of nearly one billion dollars.
